Regarding the safe operation of the nitrogen generator

The air purification component of the nitrogen generator consists of a pipeline filter, a freeze dryer, a fine filter, an ultra-fine filter, an activated carbon degreaser, an automatic drain valve, a ball valve, etc. Its function is to remove dust, water and oil in the compressed air and provide clean raw air for the oxygen-nitrogen separation component.

The purified compressed air is adsorbed under pressure and desorbed under pressure under the action of pressure swing adsorption. Due to the kinetic effect, the diffusion rate of oxygen molecules with a smaller kinetic diameter in the micropores of the carbon molecular sieve is much greater than that of nitrogen molecules. Before the adsorption reaches equilibrium, nitrogen is enriched in the gas phase to obtain product nitrogen. Then, by reducing the pressure to normal pressure, the adsorbed nitrogen and other impurity components are desorbed, and the regeneration of the carbon molecular sieve is achieved.

The safe operation of the Nitrogen Generator is as follows:

1.The nitrogen generator must be transported in sections, and the equipment should be kept stable during transportation, and collision is strictly prohibited.

2.Before starting, the entire nitrogen generator should be carefully checked to confirm that no tools, parts or other objects are left in the air compressor.

3.Before the nitrogen generator is operated, the hose opening must be fixed firmly to prevent the hose from hurting people.

4.When starting the nitrogen generator, the drain valve should be in the drain state to avoid overpressure of the air compressor.

5.No welding operations shall be carried out near the oil system, and no pressure vessels shall be modified by welding or other methods.

6.When removing any pressurized components, the entire system must be in a pressure-free state.

7.Regularly check the reliability of safety devices (such as safety valves).

8.Maintenance and servicing of the nitrogen generator must be carried out when the machine is shut down and the power is off.
